Communications with clients are welcomed. Short conversations are free but lengthy conversations have to be chargeable.
Meetings:
- Out of office — $200 minimum. $80 per hour after 2.5 hours. Includes travel time.
- In office — $80 minimum. $80 per hour after first hour. Client dropping off records and picking up reports are free.
- Other Meetings — not solicited by client are free.
Other Communications
Telephone calls, E-mail threads and correspondence are chargeable depending on direct needs of client.
